2. Complete Journal #26:

*In each of your journals, I am looking for about one solid written page of vividly written prose--focus on concrete details, not just answering the question in a plain manner. Be creative.

*Read Chapter 8 when you are finished.

3. Review: What are some things that bug Scout, that make her uncomfortable, or that she doubts or questions?

*Read Chapter 8--consider how Lee develops different sorts of prejudices/assumptions in each of the characters, and how she portrays Atticus' relationship with his children.

HW--Finish reading Chapter 8 and complete a Reading Journal entry for it.
